A deposit is required in the instance of foreign trips, tours and weddings; any provisional
Bookings are not binding until the deposit is received by A&M Promotions and / or
Written / faxed instructions have been received by / from A&M Promotions.
The balance is payable before any period of hire commences. (Hire period is not to exceed
More than a 12 hour period - weddings only). Maximum duration time per traditional wedding is confirmed individually upon making a confirmed booking and usually assessed to the type of ceremony required, unless indicated otherwise under the section 'Duration time'. Please note 40 minutes is allowed for photographs after a wedding ceremony.

Final invoice will be issued 21 days prior to the hire date,payment must be received by A&M Promotions 10 days prior to hire date (Weddings only). Payments made by credit card will incur a 5% additional charge.

Cancellations: Once the deposit is received (Airports/ trips/tours,Weddings) and the booking
confirmed by A&M Promotions the deposit becomes non-refundable upon cancellation.
Within 24hrs: the total cost of the proposed hire is chargeable(Min £26.00) together with other commitments such as overnight accommodation or insurance.
Cancellation of Wedding cars: Once payment as been received by A&M Promotions this booking is confirmed. Due to the nature of hire and the requirement of advance bookings for this type of hire,The hire charge will be only refunded if the car(s) can be rebooked.A&M Promotions reserve the right to charge for the total proposed hire charge if the car(s) cannot be rebooked.

The period of hire commences when the vehicle/chauffeur leaves the A&M garage and finishes upon its return to the garage. (Maximum hire period 12 hours - weddings only). Chauffeurs subsistence (weekends, Bank holidays along with unsociable hours surcharge between 19.00hrs/07.00hrs £4.00 per hour will be charged to the invoice.Detailed on invoice as C/S.

The quote is based on schedule submitted by the client A&M Promotions reserve the right to invoice for any extra time or expenses outside the agreed contract.
A&M Chauffeurs accepts no responsibility for any delays however caused.
Minimum hire charge when applied is £26.00
A&M Chauffeurs will undertake to transport a reasonable amount of luggage/ passengers to the vehicles specification.
However in the Judgement of the chauffeur, the volume of weight is excessive, the company reserves the right to refuse the carriage of the said luggage/ passengers. A&M Promotions accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss
Or damage to clients’ property or luggage whilst in the vehicle(s).
A&M Promotions accepts no responsibility for any accidental damage caused by clients to the interior or exterior of the vehicle(s).Various Vintage & Classic cars have exposed greese points & some oil discharge, A&M P romotions except no responsibility for accidental damage to clients property.
Some of the Vintage & Classic cars are fitted with modern parts for reliability purposes only.

Clients are requested not to smoke or consume alcohol in the vehicle(s).

Airport Transfers: In the event of a flight arrival back to the U.K. being severly delayed due to any reason A&M Promotions cannot gaurantee that the car booked will still be available for hire if booked elsewhere (due to the time factor).In these cicumstance's if the car fulfills the booking a waiting time charge will apply.However this situation is very unlikely.

In the event of a breakdown, A&M Promotions reserves the right to provide a different vehicle to the one booked. If the vehicle is of a lesser standard, an adjustment to the hire cost will be made to compensate for this.(Although these circumstances are unlikely)

When just a chauffeur is required the client’s vehicle must be insured adequately for this type of hire.A&M Promotions accept no responsibility for damage or loss to any vehicle unless negligence is proven.Insurance: Chauffeur cars - Comprehensive Chauffeur elite scheme (Norwich Union ins).
